The COVID-19 pandemic has severely impacted various parts of the world. One of the impacts is in the economic field, where many companies terminate their employment or lay off their employees. The Ministry of Manpower in Indonesia noted that as many as 72,983 workers became victims of Termination of Employment (PHK), and 4,156 companies laid off their employees due to financial conditions affected by Covid. The number of workers who became victims of layoffs was obtained from a survey conducted in November 2021. The survey was conducted in 21 Manpower Offices from 34 provinces in Indonesia through quantitative methods through questionnaires. The problem is that many workers/laborers who are laid off do not comply with the procedures contained in Government Regulation 35 of 2021. Workers/laborers who experience termination of employment must receive legal notification and rights due to termination of employment. This research can be categorized as normative juridical research or library law research. The research approach used is a conceptual approach. The method of collecting legal materials is in the form of documentation. This research does not require direct involvement in the research object but only through written documents. The types of sources of legal materials used in this study consist of primary data sources, secondary data sources, and tertiary data sources.

There are industries and professions which are perceived by the public as having undesirable characteristics that make them risky for consumers. These characteristics may exhibit themselves through the circumstances surrounding the use of the good or service, or they may be exhibited in the behavior of the professionals in the industry. In many cases, consumers are hesitant to interact with these industries for fear of having a negative experience. Lawyers, used-car salespeople, insurance salespeople, and politicians are good examples of industries or professions that consumers consider should be avoided when possible. Indeed these stereotypes are often perpetuated through television series, movies, and books. These stereotypes exist, at least in part, because consumers view these professions and industries as being risky for consumers. One particular industry stereotyped in this way and characterized by consumer mistrust is the used-car industry. Gallups polls on the trustworthiness of professions show that Americans consistently rank car salespeople as one of the least trusted groups (Gallup, 2016, 2017, 2018).

Although the phenomenon of technology is gradually being integrated into tertiary education in Ghana, challenges impeding effective integration are endemic. Among the upfront challenges are the perceptions and attitudes of students and lecturers to adopt and adapt to learning technologies for smooth integration of technology into academic programmes in public universities. From the Constructivist and Positivist paradigm, this is an exploratory study of the perspectives of Policymakers and Implementers in their quest to infuse technology into academic programmes. Qualitative method through in-depth interviews of Policymakers and Policy Implementers (IT Support Staff) was adopted in six (6) accredited public universities. The study found that public universities are at the Adaptation level of integrating technology into academic programmes. This has impacted positively on teaching and learning because it has enhanced the understanding of how to use modern technological tools and techniques, while supplementing and facilitating face-to-face teaching and learning.

This intellectual property right is the result of human thought or creativity which results in a creation in the fields of art, literature, science, and technology in it. Which has economic benefits. In the current era of globalization, the protection of intellectual property rights is very important, because the protection of Intellectual Property Rights is closely related to global trade at the international level. The problem that will be discussed in this study is How Is the Urgency of Protecting Intellectual Property Rights in the Era of Economic Globalization. The research method used is a normative research method with a statute approach and analyzed descriptively.

The authentic assessment is a form of assessment researched and applied by several countries into the education reality of primary schools. However, this assessment form has not been really paid much attention to and applied into teaching subjects in primary schools in general and into teaching mathematics in particular. This article presents the researching findings of awareness reality of teachers on authentic assessment’s tasks; one of factors creates the specific characteristics of authentic assessment in several primary schools in Binh Duong. Through analyzing the results of questionnaires and interviews of several primary teachers in Binh Duong Province of Vietnam, we can see that most teachers have not really understood about authentic assessment’s tasks and have not designed the authentic assessment’s tasks. This is one of foundations to propose several methods for applying the authentic assessment into teaching Maths in the direction of competence development for primary school students.

This research aims to describe the forms of political hegemony after the election of the Head of Bombana Region in Bombana Regency of BAPPEDA Office, Southeast Sulawesi Province. This research is qualitative. This research was conducted in BAPPEDA Office of Bombana Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province, Indonesia. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation study. Data analysis techniques were carried out by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data (data display), and drawing conclusions. The results of this research showed that: The forms of political hegemony after the election of Bombana Regional Head in Bombana Regency BAPPEDA Office, Southeast Sulawesi Province, namely: (1) Increasing the discipline of civil servants, and (2) Increasing the loyalty of civil servants to Regional Head.

The economic growth and development of a region are inseparable from the potential of Small, Micro, and Medium Enterprises (SMMEs), because SMMEs have a significant contribution to the development of the regional Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) as well as the national GRDP. Therefore, the study of research and development of SMEs is one of the basic prerequisites that must be carried out in building the business and economy of the community and the regional economy. This study aims to analyze the factors that support and promote SMME development and analyze SMME development in East Kolaka Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province. The method used in this study was SWOT analysis. The results of the study found that the internal (strengths and weaknesses) and external (opportunities and threats) matrix analysis, the competitive position of the SMME sector in the Regency is in quadrant 1. In this position, the best strategic choices that can be made are growth strategies, market, and product development, as well as market penetration. The results of the SWOT analysis stated several recommendations for SMME development, namely: The need for support for MSME development because the right strategy can encourage SMMEs to continue to grow.

This study aimed to: (1) describe the process of implementing eheano ani tradition in Waaleale community, and (2) describe and analyze efforts to maintain eheano ani tradition in Waaleale community. The type of this research is qualitative descriptive research. Data collection was carried out using observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through three stages, namely data reduction, data display, and concluding. The results of this study showed that: (1) The process of implementing eheano ani tradition, which starts from the preparation stage, the implementation stage of eheano ani tradition, namely (a) drum beating, (b) consensus or consultation, (c) serving kameko (traditional alcoholic drink) and drinking water (d ) the laying of the campaign (e) the attractions of eheano ani and the closing stage, (2) The efforts to maintain eheano ani tradition, namely internal and external maintenance.

This research aims to describe the stages of the implementation of tamburu barata kahedupa tradition in Kaledupa Ethnic society in Wakatobi Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province. This research is qualitative. Sources of data in this study consisted of primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained through observation and interviews, while secondary data is data obtained through references, documents, or other reference books related to the topic of discussion in this study. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques were carried out as long as the research takes place since the researchers are in the field together with the data collection process, then proceed in more detail and systematically after all the data were collected. The results of this research showed that The stages in carrying out tamburu barata kahedupa tradition in Kaledupa Ethnic Society consist of three stages, namely (1) mofila a (Wearing clothes) stage, which uses typical Kaledupa clothing that has been determined according to customary rules. (2) hefactu stage (Deciding a good time)) which is left to the commander or king as the person who has full responsibility for determining the best times for marriage, and (3) filaa (walking) stage, namely all tammbu barata kahedupa personnel who are members of the escort or accompany the groom to the brides house.

The lived experience of using educational technology is embedded in a specific social and cultural context. This study aims to investigate the meaning of the lived experience of the pesantren community using technology for education in their learning environment. This study used the hermeneutic phenomenology method to interpret the meaning of the experience of the pesantren community. Eight people from a pesantren for college students were purposively selected as participants. They were asked to describe their experiences using technology for education, how they used it, and what it meant for them. Thematic analysis of the interview transcripts was then carried out to obtain interpretations of the meaning of the participant experiences. The analysis results reveal the meaning surrounding maintaining the pesantren subculture, the disruptive impact of technology, and the struggle for inclusion and social mobility. This study concludes that technology can be used to adapt the culture of pesantren education. The contribution of this research strengthens the theoretical implications of the linkages between educational technology and culture by providing empirical evidence from the experience of the pesantren community as a subculture.

The main purpose of the study is to shed light on the life and work of Abu Bakr al-Warraq Mu?ammad b. ?Umar al-?akim al-Tirmidhi and to show that he is a great scientist and thinker who has a place in the Islamic world, and to form scientifically based conclusions using original sources while covering the topic RESEARCH METHODOLOGY In the study, logical consistency was observed in the coverage of the life and work of Abu Bakr al-Warraq al-Tirmidhi. Also, original sources and scientific studies on the subject were involved, and the information in them was analyzed in a mutual comparison. RESEARCH RESULT It was determined that Abu Bakr al-Warraq al-Tirmidhi was one of the persons who held an important place in the history of Islamic thought, and it was proved that the scholar was a follower of the Tirmidhi school in terms of style, as a follower of Hakim Tirmidhi, and that he was a major person who directly influenced the Islamic environment of Transoxiana both in the direction of Sufism and in the direction of the knowledge of the word through Abul Qasim Hakim Samarkandi. In Transoxiana, the concepts of wisdom and judgement and the principles of succession were analyzed for the first time. Evidence was given that the scientists works were spread and valued throughout the Islamic world. Conclusions were made about the views of Warraq Tirmidhi directly based on the work Al-Olim wal-muta allim (The Master and the Disciple) written by the scientist. Based on all this, it was concluded that it is necessary to carry out large-scale research on the scientists activity.

Existential Positive Psychology embracing the importance of meaning of life received supports from many other fields of study, including cognitive linguistics and hypnotherapy. This paper analysed the source domain used by clients and compared the domains with those found in the manuals and scripts. The discussion then shifted to the role of consistent, positive conceptual metaphor to support active meaning construction in hypnotherapeutic manuals and scripts, starting from the pre-induction talk to its termination and evaluation. The research began with the acknowledgement of client’s life experience that could provide help for the hypnotist in constructing the event structure of the schema, resulting, if required, in potential unique script for particular condition. This research was not based on maladaptive schema and it relied heavily on the potential internal strength found from the historical background information, interview and discussion during the pre-induction talk. This interview and discussion were treated as data for the analysis of the subjective function of the conceptual metaphor as it was applied in the treatment. The source domains used by the clients were then compared to those provided on Indonesian board of hypnotherapy manuals and scripts. The research then continued to find one possible consistent source domain to be applied throughout the manuals and scripts, based on recent findings from other disciplines that also focus on cognition and neuroscience. We proposed energy as the source domain and discussed the possibility to use this source domain, not only to deal with self as a single entity, but also to relate one entity to other entities and beyond.

The data source is Islamic Religious Education Teacher at SMA Negeri 1 Purwokerto. The practical role of Islamic Religious Education Teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Purwokerto in order to strengthen the understanding of religious moderation for students is carried out by various activities such as rejecting hate speech both outside and inside school, fostering an attitude of peace and peace in the social environment, building harmony and tolerance with groups. -Different groups. Thus it can be defined that religious moderation is a peaceful, tolerant and polite and moderate attitude, which is useful for oneself and those around you, in terms of tolerance values, there is a need for awareness and patience in answering existing problems.

Because it affects fairness for other stakeholders, the author intends to discuss in this article to find a link between the Board of Directors who are also Shareholders in running the company and aspects of fairness for other stakeholders. The purpose of writing this article is to examine the position of the Board of Directors who is also as Shareholders in fairness theory, while the orientation of this analysis is in the form of theoretical and comparative approaches. The need for intervention from regulators, legislators to make adjustments to the provisions in order to ensure fairness for all stakeholders is realized and distributed.

Historical works written in Movarounnahr and Khorasan in the 14th-15th centuries occupy a special place in Eastern historiography in terms of their writing style and scope of the topic. Because they were the basis for the development of the field of historiography and the emergence of new directions in it. The development of the field of historiography is primarily due to the patronage of Amir Temur and the Timurid princes, as well as the merits of the great historians who lived in that time. To date, there are a number of studies on the history of Amir Temur and the political and cultural life of the Timurid period, in particular, on the works of historians of this period. However, little attention was paid to the role of the scientific heritage of historians who lived dyuring this period in the development of the field of historiography. This article analyzes the role of the scientific heritage of one of the famous historians and geographers of the Middle Ages, Hafiz-i Abru, in the historiography of the Timurid era. For this, the contribution of the historian to the development of the cultural life of the Timurid period, especially in the field of historiography, in connection with the history of this period, will be highlighted. The significance of the scientific heritage of Hafiz-i Abru in the study of the history of Amir Temur and the Timurid period is discussed. The similarities and differences of the historian with other historians of his time are analyzed.

The purpose of this study is to examine cognitive metaphors in Vi Thuy Linhs poetry to see the new and reckless poetic thinking as well as the concepts in her poetry. The linguistic description method; context analyzation are used to clarify how the nature of cognitive metaphor models structure the mindset, perception, and human activities and discover specific features in the way of perceiving and thinking and reflecting the world of author. Along with statistical and classifying methods based on two volumes Khat and Dong Tu I have seen cognitive metaphors expressions in this is the destination domains of love. Through research, it has been highlighted that cognitive metaphor is not only a rhetorical form of literature but also a matter of thinking, a specially mental mapping that has a great influence on how people think and act in daily life. In practical terms, the research took advantage of conceptual models of cognitive linguistics to explain the thinking manipulations and arguments in Vi Thuy Linhs poetry - what makes the difference in her language usage as well as the style of composition.

Absenteeism has been linked to ineffective healthcare delivery in several studies. This research looks at absenteeism in Bangladeshs public healthcare centers (PHCs), a health system level recognized as vulnerable to absenteeism. Front-line health workers, administrators, service consumers, and health propensity committee chairpersons were interviewed in detail and participated in focus groups. Absenteeism was shown to be quite common among healthcare employees, and it is a big problem in PHCs in rural areas when lateness is included. Absenteeism influences the pair service consumers and associates, although it is not necessarily intentional. Even though there are measures to prevent absenteeism in PHCs, our results reveal that they are readily evaded and ineffectual due to utilization and formative difficulties. The Anti-Corruption Evidence (ACE) strategy, which aims to include and improve the stimulations of significant players in the system to support efficiency-renovating measures and, in turn, ensure efficient service delivery, might be relevant in this case. In this research, we evaluate the patient satisfaction and the quality of services at PHCs, and the effect of a lack of health workers in Bangladeshs rural public healthcare centers (PHCs).

The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations (UN) have sometimes been referred to as a vision of the future earth in terms of building a better environment for everyone. However, the 17 SDGs are thought to not be achievable by 2030 for several reasons that this study identifies. However, to get a critical and direct response to the realization of these goals, a profession that cuts across all disciplines and has direct involvement in project planning is needed, and project management was chosen for investigation. This article seeks to understand the function of project managers in the actualization of the UN SDGs because it was noticed that, despite how varied project management is in business, government, and NGOs, it hasn t been assigned a clear role. This became necessary because the majority of the SDGs objectives and the criteria used to assess their success or failure are project-based and largely driven by non-state actors or NGOs. It is crucial to assess the responsibilities, reasons for setbacks, and the extent to which project managers are required to achieve Sustainable Development Goals moving forward.

The Covid-19 pandemic has had the greatest impact on micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the neighborhood. Community members, particularly the impoverished, feel the economic impact. In Indonesia, the number of MSMEs reached 64.19 million, with Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) constituting the vast majority of the business sector (64.13 million, or 99.92%). The Covid-19 pandemic also negatively affects this group. Surprising facts include the fact that managers of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSME) are in debt and even die trying to sustain their businesses. Covid-19 has altered the economic foundation of the populace, and as a result, numerous regions in Indonesia are suffering economic challenges, particularly for small and microeconomic players. Approximately 1,642 hotels and 6,800 eateries have shuttered in Indonesia, a number that might rise if the Covid-19 outbreak persists for an extended period of time. This amount does not include the thousands of units in the entertainment business sector. Some micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) were unable to do business as normal during the COVID-19 pandemic and were even forced to temporarily cease operations for a variety of reasons, including lower buying power, low market share, and other impediments. The distribution and manufacturing inadequate circumstances affect a large number of MSMEs. Almost 90% of MSMEs have vanished or even declared bankruptcy. This significant result illustrates the severity of the challenges encountered by people who are disadvantaged in the formal sector, especially the urgent need for support in finance and marketing, as the majority of MSMEs are able to create but are unable to sell their goods. This study aimed to determine the effects of technical and financial support on MSME players in Surakarta. This research approach employs a qualitative descriptive research method that combines descriptive and qualitative processes to produce a thorough examination of the research topic. Descriptive research methods describe phenomena that occur in the field, whereas qualitative research methods explain the depth of the observed events. In addition to the impacted MSMEs community, the local government is also included in the research sample.

This study examines the influence of Servant Leadership, work motivation, and work environment on the performance of elementary school teachers in North Lampung District. This research was conducted on all elementary school teachers in North Lampung District, Indonesia using a survey method with path analysis applied in hypothesis testing. One hundred one hundred and eighty five samples were randomly selected using the Slovin formula. The results show that servant leadership has a direct effect on teacher work motivation. The work environment has a direct effect on the development of teacher work motivation. Servant leadership has a direct effect on teacher performance. The work environment has a direct effect on teacher performance. Work motivation has a direct effect on teacher performance. Servant leadership has a direct effect on the work environment. Servant leadership has an indirect effect on performance through teacher work motivation. The work environment has an indirect effect on performance through the teachers work motivation. The hypothetical model for improving the performance of public elementary school teachers is influenced by servant leadership, work motivation and work environment.

The purpose of this study was to determine the ability of the arm power of the Bantul District Boxing Athletes. This study uses a survey method. The population of this study was 12 Boxing athletes in Bantul Regency. The sample in this study used a total sampling technique totaling 12 Boxing athletes in Bantul Regency. The data collection technique used in this study was the arm power test which was measured by throwing a medicine ball test. Data analysis in this study used SPSS version 25. Based on the results of the research analysis, it can be concluded that the ability of the arm power of the Boxing Athletes of Bantul Regency is very well category with a total of 1 person, 5 well categories, 5 enough categories and 1 less once category athlete.

Geopolitical importance of both Bangladesh and Myanmar has increased due to the changing international order. These two countries are turning into an arena of middle power rivalry by the influence of the lone superpower in order to counter balance the adversary. Rohingya issue is one of the bilateral deterrents between both countries and still unsettled. This paper tends to focus on the current situation between Bangladesh-Myanmar and rest of the super powers. The global and regional power is now focusing on this geostrategic region because this issue has geopolitical significance.Natural resources and geographical location of the region is accelerating this dispute and attracting the superpowers to involve in the game of geopolitics. Both of the countries get benefit due to the geographical nearness but these two neighbours are hardy as close and interactive that they should have been. Since the independence of Bangladesh this relation is interrupted due to the geopolitical and geostrategic problem between them regarding the Rohingya issue. Though there is a geopolitical hindrance, there is a scope to prospect in the bilateral relations through solving the Rohingya issue where we may formulate conditions so that both side have a win-win situation.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of organizational commitment components on job satisfaction and job performance. The relationship between variables in this study was analyzed structurally using SPSS and AMOS version 22. A total of 292 survey results were collected from University of Trunojoyo Madura employees. The study results show that the components of organizational commitment, namely affective commitment, and normative commitment affect job satisfaction, but continuance commitment does not influence job satisfaction. Then job satisfaction affects employee job performance, and job satisfaction mediates the relationship between normative commitment and affective commitment to employee job performance, but job satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between continuance commitment and employee job performance.

This study aims to improve the poetry writing ability of eight grade at SMP Negeri 14 Seram Bagian Timur using the jigsaw type cooperative learning model. The research data form poetry writing ability test results in each cycle. The research subjects were students of eight grade students at SMP Negeri 14 Seram Bagian Timur totaling 22 students. The final score of each student is obtained from the acquisition score divided by the total score then multiplied by the ideal score (100). The final value is then converted according to the specified criteria. The results showed that there was an increase in poetry writing ability of egiht grade students at SMP Negeri 14 Seram Bagian Timur using the jigsaw type cooperative learning model. This can be seen from the number of students who achieved the minimum completeness criteria (in Indonesia = KKM) in the first cycle namely 12 students (54.54%) to 17 students (77.27%) in the second cycle.

The purpose of this study was to build an understanding the role of Customer Interface Quality (CIQ), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on Customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Type of research is Explanatory Research. Data collection using a questionnaire. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The number of samples was 110 online shoppe consumers at Pamekasan Regency, Indonesia, and data analysis used the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with AMOS software. The results of this study indicate Customer Interface Quality (CIQ) have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty.

This study aims to describe the implementation of integrated quality management in elementary schools. This research is a qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The setting of this study is two public elementary schools in Balangan Regency. The key informants were principals and teachers defined by purposive sampling technique. The data collection techniques were done through interviews, observation and documentation. The data validity was carried out by triangulating data by means of triangulation and peer breafing triangulation. The data analysis used interactive analysis of the Huberman model which consisted of data collection, data display, data reduction and verification inference. The results of the study found that the implementation of integrated quality management in elementary schools is implemented through the principle of focus on customer satisfaction, respect for everyone, leadership and implementation of the principle of continuous improvement.

One of the problems of the Republic of Indonesias National Defense is that the minimum defense force has not been fulfilled, so policy and budgetary support are needed to increase this force, including defense equipment. Regarding this effort, Defense Minister Prabowo Subianto carried out defense diplomacy activities by making a series of visits abroad, which raised pros and cons at home. Pointed starting from this background, this research aims to analyze how national online news media reports framing news regarding a series of visits to Indonesian defense diplomacy activities conducted by Defense Minister Prabowo Subianto for the October 2019-November 2021 period; and what is the impact of online news media coverage in helping support from stakeholders in supporting defense diplomacy activities to improve national defense. This research approach is qualitative. Research period October 2019-November 2021. Primary data collection techniques are through in-depth interviews with eight sources and analyzing the framing of 15 news related to 15 news in three online news media (Kompas.com. Detik.com, and Tribunnews.com). Secondary data collection techniques through library research. The results of the study show that the framing of national online news media is positive, which can be interpreted as playing a role in supporting the defense diplomacy activities carried out by Defense Minister Prabowo in the form of a series of overseas visits for the period October 2019November 2021; and positive framing by the national online news media as the aspirations of the community (public) has had a positive impact on the attitude of stakeholders (DPR-RI, Bappenas, Ministry of Finance) by responding positively to the Ministry of Defenses policies to meet the needs of the TNIs leading weaponry equipment to improve national defense

This study aims to describe the principals leadership strategy, the empowerment of teachers, and the leadership model applied. The approach used is qualitative with a multi-site type of study. Data were collected through observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data is analyzed with individual site data analysis techniques and cross-site data analysis. The validity of the data is carried out by checking credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The results of this study are: (1) leadership strategies are applied by applying: forming a vision and mission in a deliberative manner, building joint commitment, and implementing an open system in leadership; (2) empowering teachers by: the principal provides a dicussion forum, provides examples and motivations for its members, is fair and asks for performance evaluations, provides attention, encouragement, appreciation and mentoring to members, and strives for conducive working conditions; (3) The leadership model applied can be seen from: the ability of forward-looking leaders, the ability to empower members, implement leadership approaches, attitudes that show exemplary, and memberi impact on the progress of the school. The conclusion of this study is that the principal has implemented a leadership model that refers to instructional and transformational leadership.

In recent times in Indonesia, the outlook and attitudes of a person or group of people with religious devotion are likely to be severe, extreme, and intolerant. Furthermore, some are too liberal. Based on the phenomenon, the authors were moved to seek a solution of a sensible way of view and religious attitude (taking a middle and peaceful path) through religious moderation performed by the Nahdlatul Ulama and the Muhammadiyah. This type of research is field research with a qualitative approach, and the method used is a comparative description. A combination of interviews, observation, and documentary studies do the writer’s data collection. As for the analysis, the authors used descriptive analytic data analysis techniques. According to research, Nahdlatul Ulama is an Islamic organization practicing modernity and religion, accommodating tradition and culture, culinary activity, and its deep-rooted message base. In comparison, Muhammadiyah’s religious moderation was performed through Muhammadiyah charity enterprises in formal education, health, and religious dialogue. Nahdlatul Ulama and Muhammadiyah, in certain aspects, are different, though not principles, only branches in the doctrine of Islam. When it comes to religious moderation, both are moderate, having a tolerant attitude with members of other faiths and those of differing religious people, being impartial and neither extreme.

School principals and teachers must synergize so that the achievement of the quality of education runs effectively. The management of the Indonesian 2013 curriculum implemented by the school could not run well without the role of the principal and teachers. For this reason, the role of the principal is very important for teachers in giving material related to the norms in each field of study that are developed, explicit, and connected with the context of daily life. The objectives of this study are (1) planning an analysis (2) implementation (3) evaluation (4) constraints in its implementation. This research approach was a qualitative type of multi-site study. The data was collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of this study showed that: (1) planning; (2) implementation; (3) evaluation; (4) constraints in its implementation. Suggestions from this study are aimed at (1) for schools to improve the quality of education can continue to be developed in the 2013 curriculum (2) for students parents are expected to support their children in cooperation with schools (3) for students to be able to apply learning (4) for authors and researchers are expected to conduct further research on 2013 Curriculum Management Link.

The quality of teachers is closely related to the quality of their competence. Teacher competence must always be improved along with the development of science and technology as well as the demands of society and the world of work, especially in adapting to the 4.0 and 5.0 eras. Efforts to improve teacher competence can be carried out through FGD, IHT, KKG and Training activities. Teacher competency development programs must be designed and implemented as well as possible so that the results can be achieved optimally. This study aims to describe the planning, organization, implementation and supervision of teacher competency development at SD Negeri Sungai Lulut 1 and SD Negeri Keliling Benteng Ilir, Banjar Regency. The research was a multi-site study with a qualitative approach p there is SDN Sungai Lulut 1 and SDN Keliling Benteng Ilir, Banjar Regency. The data source consisted of the principals, teachers and supervisors and researchers as key instruments. The data collection techniques were; observation, interviews and documentation studies. The data unearthed was in the form of primary data and secondary data. Data analysis using a causal network of cross-site analytics. Test the validity of the data through; credibility, transferrability, dependability, confirmability. The findings of the research of the two sites indicate the existence of planning consisting of; analysis of competency needs, designing development activities (FGD, IHT, KKG, Training), organizing in the form of; delegation of tasks committees, implementation of development activities, effectiveness and efficiency and supervision consists of; monitoring evaluation and follow-up.

Guaranteed protectionof the legal relationship between influencers and entrepreneurs can be through endorsement agreements. Endorsement agreements are standard agreements where there is a legal relationship between influencers and entrepreneurs. So in its implementation, if there is a default by one of the parties or both, legal protection efforts can be made. The purpose of this study is to understand and analyze what kinds of legal protections can protect employers from acts of default that cause losses. This research uses a normative juridical approach through the study of literature from various sources of legal materials. For the sake of realized achievements, a good faith role is needed in the context of implementing the agreement.

The issue focuses on whether Balinese people still adhere to their inheritance customary law during modernity and the gender equality era. The research data consists of the Supreme Court decision No. 29 K Pdt 2004 of the case as a primary legal material, together with works of literature and research articles of inheritance Bali adat law as secondary legal materials. It will analyze the data regarding substitute heirs position qualitatively according to Bali inheritance law. The result shows that Balis inheritance customary law uses a patrilineal system, which places men as the heir. It has existed nowadays as supported by the Plaintiffs and the judges in court decision No. 29 K dt 2004. Instead of applying gender equality, Balinese inheritance customary law uses the principle of the balance of life by giving a man as an heir and giving him obligation, likewise, a father who protects and takes care of women. Only if no son can the woman be represented as a substitute heir. Justice for women in Bali is still an exception condition. It is essential to consider the rights given to women because as society develops, the role of women in various aspects of life begins to emerge

This study aims to find out the strategies carried out by the police, especially in the criminal investigation unit at North Palu Police in Supporting the Implementation of Health Protocols During the Covid-19 Pandemic to Create Conducive Public Security and Order. The results of the study showed that there was a lack of human resources (HR) for members of the North Palu Police Criminal Unit. This needs to be improved by giving them the opportunity to take part in vocation edocation according to their field of assignment. In addition, budgetary support and qualified facilities and infrastructure are needed to create good criminal justice services for the community, and innovation is also needed in providing investigative and investigative services to the public during the Covid-19 pandemic so as to minimize the spread of the virus

The purpose of the study was to determine the quality of public service at the Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Buleleng and to determine the factors that influence the quality of public service at Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Buleleng. The data where analyzed qualitatively descriptively to provide an overview of the research problem. In collecting data, the methods used are observation, interviews, and trough questionnaires. The results of the study on the 5 indicators that exist in the quality of public service at Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Buleleng are physical evidence (tangibles), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (responsiveness), assurance (assurance), attention ( ampathy). In addition, the factors that influence the quality of public service at Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Buleleng are Human Resources and the discipline of service officers. Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Buleleng is currently not optimal in providing service to the community because there are still services that are still not good so it still needs to be improved.

The sudden shifting learning mode from conventional learning to prolonged online learning resulted in many challenges for educational institutions. The emotional state of the students became the root to overcome the hurdles. However, the high school students emotions had not gained too much attention specifically during online English learning under the health emergency situation. This Narrative Study aimed to explore the features of students emotional experiences and their strategies to overcome the challenges during online English learning. A semi-structural interview was conducted to obtain the data from three vocational high school students. The data analysis revealed that the students experienced positive emotions (e.g. enjoyment) which were provoked by learning style, the teacher s attitude, the value of materials and pleasant learning environment. The negative feelings such as confusion were caused by the absence of personal contact with the teacher, connectivity problems and insufficient knowledge dealing with technology for academic purposes. This study also revealed that social support from parents, peers, teacher and school played a significant role to maintain the students English learning engagement during the forced online learning.

Since the Covid-19 pandemic, learning in schools has been done online. In contrast to face-to-face learning, online learning is a learning system without face to face directly between teachers and students, but is carried out online using the internet network. The purpose of this study is to identify problems that arise during online learning in rural areas. The method used is descriptive qualitative by conducting in-depth interviews with teachers, students and parents of students who feel the impact of online learning. The results of the study show that the problems that arise during online learning are: difficulty in getting an internet network, limited internet quota, students do not understand the material given by the teacher. Parents cannot accompany their children to study optimaly

Background: With the increased physical inactivity and extreme demand for yogic culture worldwide, the author emphasized particularly one of the main yogic activities namely suryanamaskara (SN), or sun salutation, which has been carrying importance since the Vedic age. Purpose: The author did envisage analyzing as a preliminary review of how SN has been applied to overall health management. Method: A general google search was done for collecting articles, followed by major electronic databases which included Google Scholar, BASE, Semantic scholar, Science direct, ResearchGate, PubMed, DOAJ, and EBSCO. While searching, the keywords had been surya namaskar*, suryanamaskar*, and sun salutation. To enhance the chance of getting relevant articles, the author had gone through all references of each article and searched manually. Thereafter, the data were extracted. Result: A total of ninety-five (n=95) articles were amassed from all sources. Eight were excluded as they didn t meet the inclusion criteria. The study had been done with 87 articles. Among these 87 articles, 24 articles were published particularly in yoga-related journals, 12 were published in health, physical education & sports-related journals, and the rest were in other journals. The average of publications on suryanamaskara in the first decade and second decade of the twenty-first century were 0.7 and 8.0 respectively. Overall, the proportion of physiological, psychological, health & fitness, biomechanical, combined, and other studies were 19%, 16%, 44%, 5%, 9%, and 7% respectively. Conclusion: Suryanamaskara had been applied as a medicine in different ways, to different health problems. It is highly established and proven as complementary medicine. Often used in place of a typical fitness program also.

This qualitative research discusses the implementation of military operations task policies other than the Squadron-13/Serbu Puspenerbad unit war in the involvement in eradicating Covid 19 in Berau, East Kalimantan along with the supporting and inhibiting factors by using the Van Mater and Van Horn theories. Data collection was carried out by interviews, documentation and observation. The results obtained are then collected, reduced, presented and conclusions drawn. The results obtained were that the implementation of military operations task policies other than the Squadron-13/Serbu Puspenerbad unit war in the involvement of the eradication of Covid 19 in Berau, East Kalimantan, has been running optimally and in accordance with applicable regulations. Supporting factors are the number of sufficient and complete personnel, clarity of main tasks and functions, good organizational work relations, implementation of scheduled activities. As well as other adequate and supportive resources. Then there are inhibiting factors, namely the application in the field is still found by people who do not comply with health protocols which affect the number of positive cases of Covid-19

Demographic data are gender, age, nationality, education, revenue, and occupation. The results of the research of personal data analysis in foreign tourists in Chonburi province found that most of the sample group were female, aged 26 - 30 years, education level is a bachelors degree, revenue between 6,001-9,000 $ per month, occupations of were government officer/government employees, 2-3 of family members. Most of them love natural resources because there are cultural diversity and experiential travel days are about 4 - 6 days. Experimental marketing tourism levels in sensation and feeling are thought medium, Additionally, experience marketing tourism levels in action and association are high. Hence, experimental marketing has high influencing on tourists decisions to choose tourist destinations in Chonburi province.

The purpose of this article is to analyze the works of childrens paintings which focus on traditional architectural paintings made of bamboo, especially bamboo roof. In order to understand the level of expression, creativity, and psychologies development of the children. This study used a qualitative and participatory method. The researcher directly observed the process of childrens painting, to explore the psychology, expression, and aesthetics. Viktor Lowenfeld, (1957) professor of art education at the Pennsylvania State University, he wrotes in Creative and Mental Growth explained that there are six stages of creative age grouping, but for research in Penglipuran researchers only chose two. The first, ages 7-9, is called the early realism stage. At this stage in artistic development, children begin to become more critical of their work. The second, 10-13 years of age, is called the pseudo-naturalistic stage, the use of values and light is now visible in pictures. Penglipuran children are very proud of the customs, traditions, and culture. This pride raises the intention to develop creativity in the form of painting and craftsmanship, and tourist attractions. The elders keep maintaining to pass the heritages to the next generations. The result of this creativity process is varied, one of them are traditional architecture made of bamboo, the house entrance of Penglipuran residents. Their sensitivity in capturing objects is very creative and expressive, straightforward and free. This childrens painting shows the development of expressive and very dynamic use of line, shape, darkness, light, shadow, and color.

The current research paper aims to examine the impact of adopting technology in implementing art exhibitions and museums, and explore certain aspects regarding the media art exhibition titled Von der Schönheit der Begegnung – Medienkunst als lebendige Gegenwart (Eng. The Beauty of the Encounter- Media Art as a Living Present). Particularly, the study seeks to identify the technical challenges, determinants, and difficulties faced by the implementation group members; and several findings and lessons learned were reported by the current study.

The purpose of writing this article is to find out and analyze the role of the prosecutor in applying the concept of restorative justice, what is the relevance of the concept of restorative justice to victimology and whether the principles of restorative justice are able to provide a sense of justice for victims. The method used in this study uses normative legal methods. The issuance of the Prosecutors Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 15 of 2020 concerning termination of prosecution based on restorative justice provides an important role for the Prosecutors Office in carrying out restorative justice. The concept of Restorative Justice has relevance to victimology, referring to the Regulation of the Attorney General of the Republic of Indonesia Number 15 of 2020 concerning Termination of Prosecution Based on Restorative Justice. On the victims side, restorative justice provides the power to give opportunity to perpetrators to express their grief to victims and it should be easier for them to gather in professionally conducted meetings..

The Philippines is geographically located in the Pacific ring of fire, making the country one of the most vulnerable countries to natural disasters. With this, proper mitigations such as disaster preparedness and awareness among the citizens are essential to minimize the casualties whenever disaster strikes. Thus, this study aimed to assess Senior High School Students competency level (SHS) on Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (DRRM) topics. A descriptive-comparative quantitative design was used to attain the objectives of the study. Moreover, an adopted questionnaire was used in this study. A total of twohundred twenty-two (222) Senior High School Students from the University of Mindanao - Digos participated in the survey. The study results revealed that Senior High School Students DRRM competency level needs improvement and showed no significant differences when analyzed according to their grade level, strand, and age, except for the topic, Application of DRRM Concepts, when analyzed by age. In contrast, it was found that there is a significant difference in students competency according to their sex. Therefore, the findings of the study implied that there is a need for curriculum enhancement and training programs for teachers to address the gaps pertaining to DRRM.

This study aims to describe and analyze the correlation of the principals situational leadership, emotional intelligence, and motivation to achieve to teacher creativity. This research used a correlational method with a descriptive-quantitative approach. The population in this study was 385 teachers at a State Elementary School in Banjarmasin Tengah. The sampling technique in this study used proportional random sampling so that a sample of 197 teachers was obtained at a State Elementary School in Banjarmasin Tengah. The data in this study was obtained through a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using SPSS. The results showed that (1) there was a significant positive correlation between the principals situational leadership and the teachers creativity, (2) there was a significant positive correlation between the teachers emotional intelligence and the teachers creativity, (3) there was a significant positive correlation between the teachers achievement motivation and the teachers creativity, (4) there was a significant positive correlation between the principals situational leadership and the teachers emotional intelligence, (5) there is a significantly positive correlation between the principals situational leadership and the teachers motivation for achievement, (6) there is a significantly positive correlation between the principals situational leadership and the teachers creativity through the teachers emotional intelligence, and (7) there is a significant positive correlation between the principals situational leadership and teacher creativity through achievement motivation at SDN Banjarmasin Tengah.

The purpose of this study to determine the Effect of transformational leadership of school principals (X1) work discipline (X2) and work motivation (Z) on the work performance of teachers (Y) of State Vocational Schools in Banjarmasin City. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach with the population being state vocational school teachers in Banjarmasin city who have the status of civil servants dengan the number of teachers is 342 people, and the sample size is determined by proportional random sampling technique of 184 people. Data were collected using questionnaires with the Likert scale model. Data wereanalyzed using descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, path analysis, F test, t test. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that there is an Effect between: (1) transformational leadership l the principal on teacher performance by 0.604, (2) work discipline on teacher performance by 0.590, (3) leadership of the principals anal transformation to work motivation of 0.762, (4) transformational leadership of the principal to work motivation of 0.272, (5) work discipline to work motivation of 0.222, (6) transformational leadership of the principal to teacher performance through work motivation of 0.311, (7) Work discipline towards teacher performance through work motivation of 0.221.

The success of education lies in the commitment of teachers to make it happen; therefore, teachers are required to increase work commitments further optimally so that success can be achieved. Several things can strengthen the teachers work commitment, including the managerial competence of the principal, the school climate, and the teachers morale. This study aims to analyze the direct correlation between the principals managerial competence and the teachers work commitment, the school climate with the teachers work commitment, the teachers morale with the teachers work commitment, the principals managerial competence with the school climate, the managerial competence of the head of the school with the teachers morale. It also analyzes the indirect correlation of the principals managerial competence with the teachers work commitment through the school climate and the indirect correlation of the principals managerial competence with the teachers work commitment through the teachers morale. This research uses an influential method with a descriptive-quantitative approach with path analysis. The study sample was 148 teachers. Data collection was carried out using instruments consisting of the principals managerial competence (67 items), school climate (15 items), teacher morale (23 items), and teacher work commitment (25 items) which has been tested for validity and reliability. This research instrument was tested for validity and reliability using a product-moment person correlation test. The research data were analyzed using path analysis to see the direct and indirect correlations between variables by conducting normality and linearity tests. The results showed that there was a positive and significant direct correlation between the principals managerial competence and the teachers work commitment, the school climate with the teachers work commitment, the teachers morale with the teachers work commitment, the principals managerial competence with the school climate, and the principals managerial competence with the teachers morale. Moreover, there is a positive and significant indirect correlation between the principals managerial competence and the teachers work commitment through the school climate and the indirect correlation between the principals managerial competence and the teachers work commitment through the teachers morale.

Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that there is an Effect between: (1) transformational leadership l the principal on teacher performance by 0.604, (2) work discipline on teacher performance by 0.590, (3) leadership of the principals anal transformation to work motivation of 0.762, (4) transformational leadership of the principal to work motivation of 0.272, (5) work discipline to work motivation of 0.222, (6) transformational leadership of the principal to teacher performance through work motivation of 0.311, (7) Work discipline towards teacher performance through work motivation of 0.221.

This study aims to examine the strategy formulation, strategy implementation, and strategy evaluation of the Mover School Program at SDN Antasan Kecil Timur 1 and SDN Kebun Bunga 3 Banjarmasin, with a multi-site descriptive qualitative technique. The main instrument as well as data sources and methods for gathering information were from principals, instructors, and supervisors in each field of research through observation and documentation study. Individualized and cross-site data analysis were used in data analysis. The reliability, dependability, and confirmability of the data using the criteria. The results showed that both sites had established their vision and mission, identified the opportunities and challenges facing the organization from an external point of view, identified the organizations strengths and weaknesses from an internal point of view, and prepared a long-term plan, resources, motivating employees, allocating resources, developing a culture that supports strategy, and creating budgets for the development and utilized information systems as a tool for strategic preparation.

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the direct and indirect correlation between achievement motivation as an intermediate variable in the correlation between work ethics and work commitment and teacher performance. The population includes 151 teachers from elementary schools in Paringin, with a sample size of 109 people. The data analysis of this study used a descriptive and inferential statistics through SPSS 22. The data was collected through questionnaires. The results showed that: Work ethic, work commitment, motivation to excel, and teacher performance are included in the high category, there is a direct correlation between work ethic, work commitment, motivation to excel, teacher performance, and teacher performance, also work ethic, commitment, and performance have an indirect correlation with teacher performance through teacher achievement motivation.

This study aims to describe and analyze the direct and indirect effect of transformational leadership of school principals, teacher job satisfaction, organizational commitment to organizational citizenship behavior (ocb) of teachers at SDN in Martapura. This research was a descriptive-quantitative study. The total sample of this study was 174 teachers from SDN in Martapura. The sampling technique used was a proportional random sampling. The data analysis to test hypotheses used a path analysis. The results showed that there are: (1) principals transformational leadership, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) teachers fall into a high category, (2) there is a direct effect of principal transformational leadership, job satisfaction, on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) through the organizational commitment of teachers at SDN in Martapura (3) there is an indirect effect of the transformational leadership of the principal, job satisfaction, on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of teachers through Organizational Commitment at SDN in Martapura.

This study aimed to examine the correlation between the situational leadership of the principal and teacher performance through work motivation and the work climate of state vocational school teachers in Banjarmasin. Using a proportional random sampling technique, a sample size of 170 people was chosen from among 296 teachers who have been certified to teach in state vocational schools in Banjarmasin as the population. Technique for gathering data was questionnaires that was distributed via Google Forms and questionnaires. Validity and reliability tests were used in instrument testing. The data was analyzed by using some techniques namely data description, path analysis, trimming, normalcy test, multicollinearity test, and heteroskedasticity test. The findings revealed a correlation between: (1) the situational leadership of the principal and teacher performance which was 0.841; (2) the situational leadership of the principal and teacher work motivation which was 0.857; (3) the situational leadership of the principal and work climate which was 0.865; (4) work motivation and teacher performance which was 0.128; (5) work climate and teacher performance which was 0.949; and (6) the situational leadership of the principal with teacher performance through work motivation which was 0.110, (7) situational leadership of the principal with teacher performance through work climate with the result was 0.949.

This study aims to find out how to plan, implement, and follow up academic supervision of madrasah principals in an effort to increase teacher pedagogic competence. The research used qualitative methods with multi-site study design on MTs Negeri 2 and MTs Negeri 3 Banjar Regency. The source of the research data was taken from research informants, namely the principal, teachers and school documentation. Data collection was conducted using interview, observation and documentation techniques. Data analysis was carried out on a multi-site basis with stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the planning of the academic supervision program has been prepared by involving teachers and forming an academic supervision team as stated in the annual work program and semester work program. The implementation of academic supervision is carried out by the principal of the madrasah with a class supervision assessment instrument which is carried out directly with observation in the classroom is carried out twice a semester. The follow-up academic supervision of the principal of the madrasah is individual directly individually or in groups delivered through the routine of meeting activities

This research was intended to describe the leadership of the principal in developing teacher resources. This study was qualitative research and employed a phenomenological approach. This research was conducted at two public elementary schools in Balangan Regency. Principals and instructors have been identified as Key Informants through the use of purposive sampling. Interviewing, observation, and documenting are techniques for collecting data. Validity of data is determined by triangulating data through engineering triangulation and peer review triangulation. The data collected was analyzed by using interactive analysis of the Huberman model, which comprises of data gathering, data display, data reduction, and verification/inference. According to the findings of the study, the leadership model utilized in the development of teacher resources is a democratic and transformational leadership model structured through supervision, in-house training, and involvement in external training.

This study aims to determine and analyze the correlation between principal communication, work ethic, work motivation, and teacher performance. This research is correlational research with a quantitative approach formulated into a path analysis model. The study population was 153 with 111 studies. The data collection was carried out using instruments consisting of principal communication (18 items), work ethic (31 items), work motivation (28 items), and performance (26 items) that have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis of this study used path analysis. The results of the study found that there was a direct correlation between the principals communication to performance (0.658), there was a direct correlation between work ethic to performance (0.547), and there was a direct correlation between work motivation to performance (0.879). Moreover, there was a direct correlation between the communication of the principal towards motivation work (0.292), the direct correlation between work ethic to work motivation (0.484), an indirect correlation between the principals communication to performance through motivation work (0.257), and the existence of an indirect correlation of work ethic to performance through motivation work (0.425).

The purpose of this study is to analyze the direct and indirect correlation between principal entrepreneurship competence, teacher professional competence, work motivation, and production unit results at state vocational schools in Banjarmasin. The method used in this study was a descriptive correlational using a path analysis model to analyze correlation patterns between variables. The study population was 240 teachers from 5 State Vocational Schools located in Banjarmasin and 150 respondents were taken as research samples using the Proportionate Random Sampling technique and proportional allocation formula. Data collection was done through questionnaire instruments and data analysis used descriptive analysis, classical assumption testing, hypothesis testing, and path analysis. The results of the analysis of this study showed that there is a correlation between principal entrepreneurship competence and production unit results, there is a correlation between principal entrepreneurship competence and teacher work motivation, there is a correlation between teacher professional competence and production unit results, there is a correlation between teacher professional competence and teacher work motivation, there is a correlation between teacher work motivation and the results of the production unit, there is a correlation principal entrepreneurship competence and production unit results through the motivation of the teachers work and there is a correlation between the professional competence of the teacher and the results of the production unit through the motivation of the teachers work.

This study aims to describe the formulation, implementation, and evaluation of strategies for improving the quality of performance of School Administration Staff at PGRI 1 Martapura Vocational School and PGRI Banjarbaru Vocational School. The focus of this study is examining how the formulation, implementation and evaluation of the School Administration Staff (SAS) performance quality improvement strategies implemented in both schools. This research used a qualitative descriptive approach that described the objects under the study. The data collection was carried out by observation, interview and documentation techniques. Determination of the subject used purposive sampling techniques. Data analysis techniques were carried out by reducing, presenting data and drawing conclusions as well as verifying the reliability of research results with techniques of accuracy of observation, triangulation and consultation of supervisors. The results of this study showed that 1) the formulation of a strategy to improve the quality of SAS performance planned in the form of SAS performance targets and reports makes the quality of SAS performance directed and on target, 2) the implementation of SAS performance quality improvement strategies is able to make SAS performance quality better and more appropriate, and 3) evaluation of SAS performance quality improvement strategies are able to improve the quality of SAS performance to be optimal.

Education is one of the fundamental rights of every human being. It plays a decisive role in the development process and is a consensus of the international community by recommending that every citizen has the right to an education that allows him to explore his potential and achieve his full development in order to contribute to the development of his society. It is envisaged to ensure access to quality basic education for school-age populations, with the main strategy of reducing disparities between boys and girls, equal opportunities and opportunities, and keeping girls in the system. In doing so, some developing countries have established a national evaluation system and the results indicate that girls perform worse than boys. This sad observation caught our attention and prompted us to conduct a study on the academic failure of girls in the Talangaï II school district, particularly in CE1 and CM1 classes.

It is undeniable that the Covid-19 pandemic which has lasted for more than a year in Indonesia has had an impact on the national economy. The current economic crisis is different from the economic crisis that was experienced in 1998 and 2008. At that time, businesses run by local entrepreneurs actually became the supporter of the national economy. However, it is different now where the pandemic has almost paralyzed all local businesses, including the batik industry. Batik as a cultural heritage that has been recognized by the world has good export potential for the country. It was proven that when the pandemic hit, batik entrepreneurs in Pekalongan City still persisted and even claimed to have increased their income. It is interesting to examine the reasons for the increase in the income of the batik industry. The results of the study support the notion that entrepreneurial skills, usefulness of accounting information, and marketing methods through e-commerce have a significant effect on the income earned by the Pekalongan batik industry. Meanwhile, the assumption that the level of financial literacy has a significant effect on increasing income is not supported. The research findings show that the increase in income of the Pekalongan batik industry during the pandemic is because the actors already have a good understanding of the usefulness of accounting information and maximize the use of e-commerce. The development of this research is expected to be carried out considering that there are still wide opportunities for exploration of research variables.

This study aims to analyze how the ethical identity of Javanese-Muslim and Chinese-Kunghucu ethnic entrepreneurs in Kanoman Market, Cirebon City, is to look deeply into ethnic entrepreneurial ethics in entrepreneurial practice, including in market contestation involving the two ethnicities. This study uses a qualitative method with an anthropological-economic approach to find and explain the entrepreneurial phenomenon involving elements of ethnicity. Primary data comes directly from ethnic entrepreneurs, and secondary data as supporting sources, such as books, journals, proceedings, etc. Exploration, observation, interviews, and in-depth processes carried out data collection. Then, it is equipped with data analysis to answer research questions. The research found that the entrepreneurial ethics of the Javanese-Muslim and Chinese-Kunghucu ethnicity stem from world views, adhered to cultural systems, and connectedness to God or ancestors. The ethnic worldview of God and connectedness to ancestors shape the entrepreneurial ethic. Then, ethnic entrepreneurial ethics shape positive behavior in entrepreneurship.

The aim of this study is investigating how the implementation of Freedom Writers Diary utilizes in speaking for debate class. The participants who involved in this research are 15 students of English Education Department Student University of Muhammadiyah Surabaya. The result of the implementing Gruwell stages teaching method, which is Freedom Writers Diary to the students of English Education Department student in a speaking for debating class are: total of 15 students, there are 9 students has positive comment and 6 students has negative comments. From the result, we can see the implementation of that method more students have positive comment about reading a book, make a movie and sharing is a good way to practice speaking for debate. Moreover, the social pedagogy of the students must be considered as one of the elements which influence students comfortable.

Through Minister Nabiel Makarim, Indonesia carried out an educational innovation, namely the "Freedom Learning" policy. This policy emphasizes "Freedom and Independence" by designing education to produce superior human resources as student profiles. Instill the values and attitudes of independence, volunteerism, democracy, tolerance, security, order, and peace that act as agents of change that can provide solutions to various national problems. This research is qualitative technically in collecting data using primary and secondary sources in the works of Paulo Freire and Islamic Education, as well as the Freedom to Learn program. Data processing uses the hermeneutic method. Meanwhile, data analysis uses reductive, display, and triangulation methods. The results of this study are: First, it explains the complex reality of Indonesian Islamic Education in the Freedom to Learn era. Second, explaining, exploring, and criticizing Paulo Freires significant thoughts on Islamic Education in the Free Learning Era. Third, analyze Paulo Freires thoughts which are significant for Islamic education in the Era of Freedom Learning. Producing superior and independent human beings cognitively, affectively, and psychomotorically. The role of an agent of change, creating a productive and highly civilized society ready to face the competition in the global world.

This study aims to analyze the role of marketing performance in mediating the influence of entrepreneurial characteristics and the environment on the sustainability of SMEs. SMEs are required to be able to adapt by adapting to the business environment and communicating innovative products in marketing to be able to reach consumers and reach the target market and reduce costs for business continuity. This research is survey research. The research population is culinary SMEs in the city of Surakarta. Collecting data using a questionnaire. The sampling technique used accidental sampling, as many as 96 culinary SMEs in Surakarta. Validity testing uses Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), and Cronbachs Alpha for reliability testing. Data analysis using Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results showed that entrepreneurial characteristics and the business environment had an effect on business sustainability through marketing performance. Entrepreneurial characteristics and the business environment have a role in improving and marketing products and expanding the market, so that SMEs can survive and perform well during the pandemic and can increase market growth in the process of economic recovery

Communication relationship between humans and the environment has undergone evolution, from the ecocentric, transitional, anthropocentric, to the holistic stage. This study describes ecological issues based on Islamic communication science. The analytical method used is the philosophy of Islamic communication science and ecological philosophy. There are three basic principles in the philosophy of Islamic communication, namely the communicator (God), the communicant (human), and the community (nature). The method of analysis of ecological philosophy uses pessimistic and optimistic views. The findings in this study are the concept of integralistic ecological communication. Namely the concept of ecological maintenance which involves the roles of God, humans, and nature.

This study aimed to test and analyze the determinants of lecturer performance through job satisfaction at the State Polytechnic in Jakarta and Study Programs outside the Main Campus (abbreviated as PSDKU) in Indonesia through the variables of Organizational Commitment, Leadership Style, and Work Motivation. The type of research used is descriptive and verification, and the research method used is an explanatory method with survey research. The research subjects were civil servant lecturers or Government employees (abbreviated as PNS), while the research objects were the State Polytechnic in Jakarta and PSDKU in Indonesia. The sample in this research was 390 people. The questionnaire instrument is based on five variables, 18 dimensions, and 68 statement items. Test the validity of the data using product moment correlation and reliability using the Spearman-Brown formula. Data analysis used descriptive and structural equation models (SEM). The results of the study concluded that the variables of organizational commitment, leadership style, and work motivation were proven to have a positive and significant effect both partially and jointly on the job satisfaction of permanent civil servant lecturers at the State Polytechnic in Jakarta and PSDKU in Indonesia, with a value of f count (7.96) > f table (2.63) and the coefficient of determination (R²) = 0.46 (46%). The variable of work motivation with the most reflective dimension is the dimension of physiological needs (PN) with a loading factor value of 0.88, especially with the salary indicator that I earn being able to meet the basic housing needs for my family (MK-2) with a loading factor value of 0.94. The variables of organizational commitment, leadership style, work motivation, and job satisfaction have been partially and jointly proven to have a positive and significant effect on the performance of permanent civil servant lecturers at the State Polytechnic in Jakarta and PSDKU in Indonesia with f count (5.24) > f table (2, 63) and the coefficient of determination (R²) = 0.84 (84%). The variable of work motivation with the dimensions of physiological needs (PN) and the salary indicator that I get can meet the basic needs of a place to live for my family (MK-2) is the most dominant variable affecting the performance of permanent lecturers as PNS State Polytechnics in Jakarta and PSDKU in Indonesia. Another important finding in the results of this study is that the job satisfaction variable only acts as a partial mediating variable.

Three collections of Irish folktales and myths were gathered by a Smithsonian ethnographer named Jeremiah Curtin in the 19th century, and they were titled: Hero-Tales of Ireland, Tales of the Fairies and the Ghost World and Myths and Folk-lore of Ireland. Contained within them are various stories that Curtin himself transcribed as he listened to Irish narrators tell the stories, and some are different versions of the same stories, yet the symbolism and structures used are completely different at times. Two volumes, Hero-Tales of Ireland and Myths and Folktales of Ireland are chosen for the purpose of this study, and they contain 44 stories. The theories of Joseph Campbell on psychoanalysis and mythology are applied in order to help the reader grasp the world view of ancient Irish people in the myths, recurring archetypes and characters and their roles and their connection to the collective unconscious and the three steps of Departure, Initiation and Return which he finds in the hero’s journey and its relation to the Monomyth.

This study aims to analyze teachers perceptions and expectations about school readiness, learning strategies and the alignment of in One-Year Early Childhood Education Students to first grade of Elementary School. This research utilized a qualitative research with multiple case study research type. The data collection was done through interviews, observation and documentation. Then, the data of this study was analyzed using individual and cross-case data analysis using the Miles & Huberman model, namely data collection, data presentation, data reduction, conclusions and verification. The results of the study showed that: 1) teachers perceived readiness for school is the various abilities of students covering six aspects of childrens development and self-regulation, age adequacy and adequacy of motivation and interest in learning; 2) learning strategies for school readiness using thematic and scientific approaches and differentiated learning models; 3) the learning environment to support school readiness is classical and interesting class arrangements, 4) the alignment of learning between both of them is in harmony with material and methods by making it happen through collaboration between early childhood education and elementary school and students parents.

Perpetrators of criminal acts of corruption in Indonesia have caused enormous destruction for the survival of the nation and state. Not only is it detrimental to state finances, but the crime of corruption has also robbed the community of social and economic rights at large. If you look back at the existing regulations in the current law, especially those that regulate the imposition of capital punishment on perpetrators of criminal acts of corruption, it is regulated in Article 2 paragraph (2) of Law no. 20 of 2001 but in applying the death penalty to corruptors it is difficult to enforce so that research is needed regarding this article, corruption is a crime that is very difficult to eradicate, because it is often carried out systematically and involves people in power. We too can feel how great and extraordinary the danger posed by this crime. The methodology used in this study is a normative juridical research method. The focus of this article is how is the policy of implementing the death penalty law against perpetrators of corruption and how is the death penalty in the perspective of criminal law reform. So it is natural that the crime of corruption is classified as an extraordinary crime that must be eradicated in an extraordinary way, one of which is by punishing the perpetrators of corruption in this country to death.

Asean vision 2020 has a goal of creating economic region unity in southeast Asia that is simultaneously increasing the well-being of its member countries. Since its canning in 1997, asean member states have been encouraged to change both international and domestic policies to support that ultimate goal. As a result, people in southeast Asia now have a wider opportunity to work in the unity of the region. Recently, Indonesia, as one of the eleven other member countries, has changed employment policies to accommodate foreign workers to work in the Indonesian region. Indonesia, on the other hand, has a long and ongoing problem related to unemployment and poverty. People with disability are vulnerable groups that are closest to unemployment and poverty. New employment policies focus only on the freedom of the job market but do not provide security and/or security to those with disabilities to access the job market. Taking into consideration the issue, a change of view about the job for the disabled was urgently needed.

This research aims to analyze the determinants of dividend policy. The independent variable in this study is corporate social responsibility which will be moderated by variable firm size. While the dependent variable is dividend policy, and the control variables are leverage, growth opportunity, and firms age. The sample of this study uses 35 companies listed on the LQ45 Index for the period of 2019-2021. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling and the analysis method uses panel data regression. The results explained that corporate social responsibility, the moderating variable firm size, and growth opportunity do not affect dividend policy. Firms age has a significant negative effect on dividend policy. Leverage has a significant positive effect on dividend policy. The implication of the research that has been done is to provide direction for financial managers to consider the benefit of increasing leverage to a strategic investment for a productive assets and business expansion which lead to generate more profit for company which means a positive impact on dividend paid to shareholder. As for investors, investors should pay attention with the maturity of the business and significant amount of CSR cost since these will affects negatively to the companys dividend policy.

Children as immature human beings are not capable of taking legal actions. To take legal actions children must be represented by parents or guardian. Article 48 of Law Number 1 of 1974 determines that parents are not allowed to transfer rights or pawn fixed assets owned by their children who have not reached the age of 18 or have never been married, unless if the interests of the children require it. Thus, parents may not sell, donate or guarantee the assets owned by their children unless for their childrens interests. The problem in this study is what is the basis of the judges consideration in giving determination as guardian so that he she is authorized to sell the assets which are the rights of minors and how is the process of the implementation of the sale and purchase of the land rights owned to minors. The method used in this study is normative and empirical legal study. Based on the study results it is known that to sell assets owned by minors requires permission from the court. So, the guardian of the minors must first apply to the court to be designated as guardian and given permission to sell the minors assets. Judges consideration in determining a guardian and being given permission to carry out legal action selling land owned by minors is in accordance with the provisions on Article 47 paragraph (2) of Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage, that parents, in this case the applicant as the mother, has the right to represent the child regarding all legal actions inside and outside the court to sell a plot of land for the purposes of daily living expenses, and the family has no objections. After obtaining guardianship determination from the court, the legal process of the sale and purchase of land rights owned by minors juridically can only be carried out before the PPAT (Land Deed Making Officer) by completing supporting documents.

One of the major challenges faced by students, especially at higher learning institutions, is to read analytically and think critically. This results in the lack of interpretation skills which are required in the content of written texts. One of the courses offered in a Malaysian Public University aim at honing skills such as reading comprehension skills and various critical thinking strategies that can be applied in reading and writing. TAWA is an innovation that assists students in a step-by-step approach in tackling one particular assessment (assignment) – Written Article Analysis, from the above mentioned course. In this particular assessment, students are to read and analyse a piece of writing using critical reading elements. Besides that, students also have to work through the article systematically, engaging with the author, such as identifying authors tone, purpose of writing and intended audience. Students are also required to identify the main ideas and recognise supporting details used by the author. Armed with these, and more, students are required to critically evaluate arguments in terms of soundness, logic, credibility, relevance and validity. This is a process which assists them in developing informed opinions on the subject matter. As one goes deeper, there are numerous aspects to look into and these may be overwhelming to students. A pilot study was conducted in a public University with 80 participants. The control group (40) went through the common traditional teaching method while the experimental group (40) was exposed to additional materials from TAWA. A test was administered to both groups and the results showed that there were statistically significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in favour of the experimental group that were exposed to TAWA. Hence, this innovation has achieved the objective of bringing about a clear, easy-to-follow, simple way of what needs to be done when analysing a written text. Ultimately, TAWA is recommended as an effective tool to be used in assisting one to become a better critique in evaluating and analysing a written piece of work, apart from performing better in the course.

The purpose of this study is to test the relationship between Cash Flow Component Disclosures and Net Income to Earnings Per Share in LQ-45 companies. The population in this study was LQ-45 companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange during the period 2017 to 2020 consisting of 28 companies. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. Multiple regression analysis is used to analyze the data. The results of this study Through multiple linear regression analysis, it is known that the components of cash flow and net profit affect earnings per share. Simultaneously independent variables show can jointly affect earnings per share.

The true law is always in the process of becoming (law making), this also happens in the juvenile justice system in Indonesia, which is always in the process of becoming. This is what makes it important to reform the juvenile justice system. This study aims to examine and discuss the renewal of the juvenile justice system in Indonesia so that it is in line with the changing times and the demands of the times. So that the juvenile criminal justice system in Indonesia truly creates happiness for every community in Indonesia, especially for children who are in conflict with the law in Indonesia.

Study this aim for analyze the influence of auditor independence and competence on audit quality with Time Budget Pressure as a moderating variable in the Bali region. This research is a quantitative research using survey data which obtained from questionnaire. Population in study this is an auditor working at a Public Accounting Firm in the Bali Region in 2022. Withdrawal sample in study this is use method saturated sample of 65 auditors. The analysis tool used is moderated regression analysis (MRA). The research findings show that auditor independence and competence are proven as predictors of audit quality. Time Budget Pressure is able to moderate the influence of Independence on Audit Quality, but is unable to moderate the effect of Competence on Audit Quality in Public Accounting Firms in the Bali Region.

This research aims to analyze and describe the relationship between Enterprise Risk Management Disclosure and Intellectual Capital to Company Value in the Banking sector. The population is banking sector companies listed on IDX during the period 2017 to 2021 consisting of 47 companies. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. 39 companies were selected in this study with 195 units of analysis obtained. Multiple regression analysis is used to analyze the data. The results showed that Enterprise Risk Management has a significant positive impact on Company Value. Meanwhile, Intellectual Capital has a significant negative impact on the Value of the Company. Meanwhile, Enterprise Risk Management and Intellectual Capital together have a significant impact on Company Value.

Bullying is still being a phenomenon in Indonesia. Victims of bullying is not just passive actors in bullying situations. In 2021 the data of Junior High School in Cirebon City, bullying cases reached to 83 cases. One of the efforts to increase self-efficacy for victims of bullying is by providing counseling services using counseling group strategies. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of counseling group towards self-efficacy at victim bullying students. This research used analytical method, quasi experimental design with pretest and posttest group design. The sample of this research was 42 victim bullying students who have been recorded in the counseling section and meet the inclusion criteria. The data collecting of this research was using questionnaires and analyzed with independent sample t tests and paired tests. The results of this research showed that the characteristics of students who were victims of bullying were mostly women (57.1%) with an average age of 13.86 years. The average self-efficacy before the intervention was 27.9 points and after the intervention was 38.3 points. There is a correlation between gender characteristics and self-efficacy for victim bullying students, but there is no difference in age with self-efficacy for victim bullying students. There is an effect of counseling group towards self-efficacy at victim bullying students of Junior High School in Cirebon City with p value of 0.000. The school is expected to be able to take an action to prevent bullying case with health education providers and increase self-efficiency at victim bullying students using counseling group.

Indonesia as a rule of law country, of course, is very very interested in these legal theories so that they can be applied in efforts to foster and establish or develop national law that cannot be removed from the living cultural values and soul of the Indonesian nation, the purpose of this research is to find out the development of legal theory which is the central point of substance quality in each phase of the development of legal theory and which legal theory is influential and suitable for adoption for the development of national law in the future. This type of research, this type of research, this paper is normative research in which the method or steps used to obtain data originate from the data collection used in this research is to collect data documents, as well as legal literature books. Some of these data documents include; article-articles or news from the mass media related to the legal phenomena that are the subject of discussion. The results of the analysis obtained are classical legal theory, showing that the quality of substance which is the central point of legal theory in each phase of its development, basically pivots on one thing, namely human relations and law. This means that the more the basis of a theory shifts to the regulation factor, the legal theory responds to law as a closed formal legalistic unit. Conversely, the more it shifts to the human factor, the more open the theory of law is and touches the social mosaic of humanity.

In issue decisions containing ultra petita, in general the Court based there is an inseparable connection between the article being reviewed and other articles which is not tested, so therefore the article or the entire law must be stated no strength law, in side because reason for avoid lawlessness and uphold substantive justice. MKs breakthrough in making ultra petita decisions in principle are a form of progressive law enforcement, However, any creativity carried out by law enforcers may not be progressive meaning if not to realize substantive justice, placing justice, benefit and human happiness as a goal finally.

The companys financial performance, especially reported earnings, is not an independent variable to influence investors decisions. A number of studies have shown evidence that investors responses to financial performance are greater when companies have high concern for social and environmental problems. This study aims to obtain evidence that the fulfillment of economic-socio-ecological responsibilities is a determinant that can drives financial performance sustainability. This study took a sample of 69 public companies in Indonesia with an observation period of 10 years. Multiple univariate regression model was applied to test the research hypothesis. The results of the study indicate that the fulfillment of economic-socio-ecological responsibilities triggers the sustainability of the companys financial performance. The results of this study have implications for business practices. First, it is important for companies to fulfill their economic-socio-ecological responsibilities to gain legitimacy and stakeholder support. Second, the fulfillment of economic-socio-ecological responsibilities is important to be disclosed to the public so that stakeholders can assess the risks and prospects of the company based on social and environmental factors. In the modern era, with the massive development of social media, it is very necessary to have limits on expression so that no party feels disadvantaged because of someones words or actions on social media. The problem that often arises due to the development of social media is the problem of hate speech. Islam as a perfect religion also regulates the problem of hate speech, therefore the purpose of this study is to analyze criminal sanctions against perpetrators of criminal acts of hate speech according to positive law in Indonesia and from the perspective of Islamic law and its contribution. The method in this study is normative juridical, with the main data source being secondary data obtained through library research in the form of regulations currently in effect in Indonesia, literature books, research results and journals as well as theory from legal experts, the research results were analyzed using a qualitative descriptive method. Research results In Indonesia freedom of expression is a constitutional right of every citizen which is explicitly guaranteed by the 1945 Constitution. 6 (six) years and/or a maximum fine of Rp. 1,000,000,000.00 (one billion rupiah). The pandemic of Covid-19 has affected the education system, particularly in Indonesia. All teaching and learning activities should be set in an online learning environment. This situation requires the teachers to change their strategy in the learning and teaching process. This study aims to find out the challenges and also the strategies to deal with the challenges of teaching English in an online setting. The study applied a case study research design using a documentary video and semi-structured interview. The study showed that the teachers faced some challenges in online classes such as difficulty in monitoring the students, the lack of students motivation, the students network instability, and lack of students participation. The results of the study also indicates that the teachers applied the strategies in online setting classes such as combining synchronous and synchronous, playing a song, using other learning applications, giving an additional score, etc.

The results of this study show that marriage from a traditional perspective is still used today, as evidenced in several regions, in particular, they still apply customary marriage law in the midst of modern times. The communication patterns of a madrasa principal can be done in various ways to influence or motivate subordinates to achieve the organizational goals. This qualitative research aims to describe and analyze the communication pattern done by principal of State Madrasa of Eelementary 1 Banyumas. Observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation are data collection methods carried out to madrasa principal, teachers, and students. The results indicated that the communication patterns used by madrasa principal include communication, interactional, social-psychological, persuasive, and newcomb. In addition, he also uses written and oral communication on matters considered urgent and important. The conducive madrasa culture and the commitment of all madrasa members play a significant role in the implementation of communication model.

Syntactic units, word combinations and speech fragments are used to strengthen the effect of speech during communication, and they are considered to be rhetoric figures. Such of these figures may be metaphor, anaphora, antithesis, asyndeton, inversion, metonymy, repetition, ellipsis, epiphora, zeugma, syllepsis, pun, etc. The following explanation may demonstrate the definitions of some of the rhetorical devices: a) Metaphor: It shows some comparison achieved through a figurative use of words. For example: king or queen; Black tent or Tent of Infinity for Men, etc. g) Repetition: When a word or a phrase is used many times in order to give some effect to the speech or writing, then it may be understood as repetition. It emphasizes a word or a phrase that is repeated. For example: You need to practice your daily routines over and over and over again that they become your habits. h) Ellipsis: It refers to the artful omission of a word. For instance, The Armenian soldiers killed many women during The Khojaly massacre, and the Russian many. i) Epiphora: This device is known to be a correct (exact) equivalent of anaphora. Anaphora means the reiteration of beginning part of sequential sentences, phrases though the reiteration of epiphora comes in the final (last) part of sequential sentences, phrases. For example: Every day, every week, every morning, every evening she is thinking about him and getting worse and worse. j) Zeugma: This device is spoken about and explained widely in the article, so only example is preferred to be given such as He masters her heart and her wealth; Kill the enemy and the weapon. k) Syllepsis: A word may be used with two other words in this device though each of the words is perceive variously. The list of the rhetorical devices may be enlarged, but it is not the aim of this article to analyze each of them. In conversation as well as in writing, each of these figures has its own purpose, place and advantages. With the presence of a rhetorical figure, which can be observed with a wide advantage in both writing and speech, especially in writing and artistic style, it seems that writing and speech are given an image, liveliness, and a clear understanding. In order to distinguish the meanings and the purposes of these devices, it is necessary to analyze some of them.

This research proposal is as a result of long period of gender disparity which has received much attention in recent years as a roadblock to the countrys growth.As women development advocate. How do I create a conducive environment for all stakeholders especially women to effortlessly partake and benefit equally from youth and sports empowerment in the ministry for the betterment of Ghana?.The enhanced focus on the problem stems from the awareness that the countrys holistic development necessitates all genders human resources. After several years of experience in the civil service I have been frustrated on how women have traditionally been marginalised in their attempts to build and exploit their intellectual resources due to gender discrimination at the strategic planning and implementation level. I wish to use my PHD to examine this issue and go deeper into how I can improve greater understanding of women development in my organization.In my preferred opinion women development is promoting womens sense of self-worth, their ability to determine their own choices, and their right to influence social change for themselves and others.Women development is essential to the health and social development of families, communities and countries. When women are living safe, fulfilled and productive lives, they can reach their full potential. contributing their skills to the workforce and can raise happier and healthier children. Following the above explanation,my work will seek to promote and give more space to expressing women voices through positive dialogues. While there are various explanations for gender disparity in the region, the most cited cause is society, primarily the patriarchal structure in place (Jayachandran, 2015). In different aspects of life, patriarchy has put men in a position of authority and respect over their female counterparts (Fallon et al., 2012). Men hold a respected status in traditional Ghanaian culture, which means they have the final say on what happens in the home, office, and other settings (Akita, 2010; Adeabah et al., 2019). According to IFAD, Ghana is ranked 70th out of 135 countries in the Global Gender Index, with a score of 0.6811, an organisation dedicated to encouraging development in rural communities in countries like Ghana. The nation was ranked 17th in economic activity, 91st in political participation and empowerment, 104th in health and longevity, and 111th in educational achievement when core individual aspects of life were, professional growth strategies and relevance have evolved (Wirth, 2001). Organisations must pay attention to what makes women excel in adapting to their professional growth needs and staying successful (Nelson et al., 2002). This study concentrates on womens advancement in Ghanaian civil service, especially in the Ministry of Youth and Sports (MoYS).
